We look at screens more than each other.
We feel too insecure to say "I don't know" or "I was wrong."
We react instead of responding.
We listen to reply instead of listening to hear.
We can't agree to disagree.
We are care more about being right than being kind.
We don't value contemplation or reflection.
We equate money with success.
We compare ourselves to others.
We don't value patience as a virtue anymore.
We act selfishly in public shared spaces.
We see life as a zero sum game.
We add to the dumpster fire instead of walking away from it.
We shun building resilience by hiding in safety zones.
We value hits of dopamine over face to face interactions.
We see silence as boredom.
We think more is better.
We argue with strangers online.
We worship workism.
We are always in a state of hurry.
We sit too much.
We listen to influencers over scientists.
We are offended by anything and everything.
We aren't outside enough.
We mistake kindness for weakness.
