Greg Graber is a renowned coach, offering mental performance, leadership, and academic coaching to individuals and teams. Over the years, he has worked with many of the top sports teams, corporations, and schools around the world.

Whether he's leading a session with a Division I team, coaching corporate executives, or working with a student as an academic coach, Greg's goal is simple: to help people slow down, dial in, and perform to their potential.

A former long-time educational leader, Greg has been a featured speaker at the Harvard Graduate School of Education, and his work has appeared in The New York Times and on ESPN. His book, Slow Your Roll- Mindfulness for Fast Times, topped the Amazon charts upon its release, and he is a contributor for USA Today and other media outlets.

Greg, who completed the Lifestyle and Wellness Coaching program from Harvard Medical School, holds a master's degree in education with an emphasis in coaching.

Greg is a former soccer player/coach and a long-distance runner. He has finished numerous marathons, a 50K (31.07 miles) ultra marathon, and a run streak- in which he ran at least one mile (usually more) every day without missing for 922 consecutive days. Greg is an avid supporter of Arsenal Football Club.
